1

1. Initial Enquiry

Submit details of your project.

I review your requirements and confirm whether the project is suitable.

2. Discussion

We explore materials, colour, and decorative approach together.

The aim is to create a binding that feels considered and coherent.

3. Quotation & Schedule

A detailed quotation and estimated production slot are issued.

A deposit secures materials and your place in the bindery calendar.

4. Binding & Delivery

Your book is bound entirely by hand using traditional techniques.

Final photographs are shared prior to insured dispatch.

Payment

A deposit is required to secure your place in my production schedule and to cover materials. The remaining balance is due prior to dispatch. Bank transfer is preferred. Card or PayPal payments are available if required.

Timescale

Each commission is allocated a scheduled production slot in advance. Depending on demand, this may be several weeks or months ahead. Once your book enters production, the binding process typically takes 4–6 weeks, depending on the scale and complexity of the project.
